Good for circulation!
This product is good for the circulation and for heart health. I especially enjoy the automatic 30 minute setting, that periodically changes speeds on its own; winding down with a slow speed, to ease one back into a normal speed before stopping.

not all that it's cut out to be
It's possibly user error that lends me to offer a mediocre review. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it doesn't seem to do much for me other than facilitating more movement with my legs while I'm sitting at my desk. The build is sturdy as it comes with a hefty weight. The remote works the way the instructions say it would. I don't detect any poor manufacturing or design. It just doesn't do anything for me.
