2nd review. 1st chance to actually wear one. They are warm. Light wind so not sure how they'll work block it.The cap part is small. The top pulls back causing it to uncover the forehead. I'm known to have a fairly large head. So, when advertised as "fits all," I was a bit concerned. I don't know how they would fit someone with a small head. For me, they fit fine.Just received them yesterday; so I haven't tried out this headgear yet. The quality seems fine. The weather is in the mid-forties now. I have other lighter headgear that I wore outside today. It's a matter of what your "cold-tolerance" is. This is fairly heavy duty headgear. I'll start wearing it in the lower forties & definitely mid-forties if the wind is cold.
