No Technical Support
I have been attempting to use this product, but encountered technical difficulties. I've tried contacting them via two email addresses. One is listed in Minsk, and does not work, and the other shows a California address, but they do not respond. If anyone knows how to reach these people please let me know - but otherwise, the product has been useless to me.

Gotta have an iPhone
This device tracks my dog really well especially when i take him to the doggy Park, i can see where he is. Sometimes it’s confusing to put together but it was worth it

I could not get the devise to bond to the cell phone app. and when I asked for support I did not get a response at all.

The media could not be loaded. My first time using this product,I enjoy & find it useful.The manual will be the best option to answer all of your questions & provide the most help.

SIM card not included
compact waterproof-CON-didn't realize I have to buy a SIM card for it so haven't used it yet
