I've recently purchased this COSORI Air Fryer on Black Friday and I must say, it has transformed my cooking habits. From the elegant design to the versatile cooking options, this device has impressed me in more than one way. DESIGN AND QUALITY: The first thing that struck me about this air fryer was its nice and sleek design. I love the matte/glossy black finish, and the backlit touch screen adds an appealing touch. When it's off, the control elements are invisible, which I find very convenient. CLEAR DOCUMENTATION: It comes with easy-to-understand warranty documents, a recipe book, and a helpful quick reference guide. Everything is well-structured and easy to navigate, and gives you the idea that COSORI is a serious and customer-centered company. INITIAL EXPERIENCE: There was a faint smell of burning plastic at first, but it completely disappeared after the second use and never came back. This is quite common with new appliances and I found that it didn't detract from the overall positive experience. CAPACITY AND COOKING RESULTS: For small quantities, I no longer use the oven. However its large capacity can handle significant portions, like one big chicken or one turkey. The fryer works well with minimal oil, and I've found using a spray bottle very effective. The food comes out crispy even with minimal oil use. I've cooked a variety of foods, and voila!, this is my experience: FRENCH FRIES – 380 F, 20 min, shake after 7 min – very crispy. Excellent if you coat them with cornstarch beforehand! HIBACHI-STYLE CHICKEN – 380 F, 15 min – very good ASIAN BEEF AND VEGGIES – 400 F, 10 min – very good CHICKEN FAJITAS - 360 F, 20 min – perfect CHICKEN BREAST (1-inch pieces) – 380 F, 8 min – very tender BUTTERED CHEESE TOAST – 360 F, 4 min – perfectly crunchy ROASTED VEGGIES – 360 F, 6 min – bell peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, eggplants, brussel sprouts BACON – 400 F, 6 min – perfect texture for me, but bacon can be very subjective USER-FRIENDLY FEATURES: A useful feature is that it alerts you with beeps to shake or turn the food, ensuring even cooking, and the basket reinsertion starts the cooking automatically. With a 1700W power capacity it cooks quickly and efficiently. The adjustable temperature range (170-400 F, or 75-205 C) and 12 preset functions cater to various cooking needs, from air-frying to baking to just heating the food from the fridge. These preset functions are freely programmable to your needs too. The preheat function is also quite useful, it allows you to warm the oven while preparing your food. And let’s not forget the design of the hot air jets: here the hot air exhaust on the back is split between the top and the sides, so that it minimizes grease stains coming from the back, a thoughtful design element that saves you additional cleaning time. ADDITIONAL FEATURES: If I can list just ONE feature that I find very useful and convenient, that many air fryer inexplicably don’t offer, it’s the viewing window combined with the interior light that let you check on your food without opening the basket. I just love it. You can just monitor the cooking through the window while you are preparing other food without having to wash your hands every time. This feature, combined with the reduced noise level (around 55 dB), makes the cooking process even more enjoyable. The light turns off automatically after 2 min. CONVENIENCE AND CUSTOMIZATION: The interface is intuitive, and the temperature rises quickly. The customizable preset keys and the ability to redefine temperature and time according to personal preference are great touches. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE: The non-stick coating on the cooking drawer and 'roasting tray' makes cleaning almost effortless. I also use baking paper trays for mess-free cooking. The drawer and metal tray are also dishwasher safe, but I prefer using a soft sponge instead of the dishwasher to preserve their quality. If you cook just a small amount of food – an egg toast, some veggies, etc - with minimal oil use, you can just wipe it with a paper towel without even rinse it, and there will be no grease traces left behind. In conclusion, the COSORI Air Fryer is not just a visually appealing appliance; it's a practical, versatile, and efficient addition to any kitchen. With its numerous cooking modes, ease of cleaning, and thoughtful design details, it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their cooking experience.

This is our second COSORI Air Fryer, and we couldn't be more pleased! Our first one lasted a solid four years before it started throwing errors and finally broke. After having such a great experience with the first, we decided to get this updated model, and it's been fantastic! The clear window is a huge upgrade – it’s so convenient to be able to see your food cooking without having to open the basket. It really takes the guesswork out of air frying. I also love that it no longer has a pull-apart basket, which was always a little cumbersome with the previous model. This design is much easier to handle and clean. The 6.5-quart size is perfect for cooking meals for our family, and the 12 one-touch savable custom functions make it so easy to set the fryer to our preferred cooking times and temperatures. Plus, the fact that it's nonstick and dishwasher-safe makes cleanup a breeze! All in all, this air fryer is a winner – I’d definitely recommend it!

This is a wonderful air fryer; well exceeds my expectations! I replaced a very expensive, well reviewed air fryer that I finally gave away because it was difficult to use, difficult to clean, and filled the house with greasy, smokey fumes. I took a chance on this one and it is wonderful! Easy to clean, easy to use, and unless I try to cook a 5+ pound chicken :-) it doesn't produce much in the way of fumes! (the chicken was my fault, the instructions suggest a much smaller size :-). It lives on my counter and is a wonderful addition to my kitchen. I can cook the crispiest leg quarters of my life on this thing; restaurant quality! I unreservedly recommend this product!

Works well for a basic airfryer

This is a great air fryer. I now do most of my cooking in the fryer and very rarely cook on the stovetop. I’ve even baked cookies in it.

I was skeptical on this. Seemed the new fad. However, I have cooked several things in it the past two weeks. wow! Simple to use, food comes out well and tastes great. I like the cook time, which seems very reasonable. And clean up is sooo much easier than my Ninja Grill that I rarely use because of the clean up pain. Also, it heats up very fast. What have I cooked? Vegetables, potato wedges, chicken wings, chicken breasts, pierogies so far.

This is my 3rd one and my last one!! After using this Air Fryer, I also bought the extra items for it I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! I got in the habit of not wanting to cook anymore, 😩 I just hated cleaning the mess up. With this one I can cook PLENTY of meat and have left overs, the tenderness and the taste of my meat are AWESOME!! I just don't know if I can say enough good things about this Air Fryer 😌. I'm baking cakes 😋 again and not heating up the house. If you are even thinking about getting one I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS ONE 👌. Doesn't matter how big/little food you are cooking for, this one does SO MUCH MORE & BETTER than the others I had. It's very quiet and pretty self explanatory, even though it's a little bigger it really doesn't take up extra space.OH YES THE SMELL OF FOOD COOKING IS AMAZING. Myself I love the way it looks on my counter and have had MANY COMPLIMENTS ON IT !! DON'T EVEN THINK TWICE, JUST BUY AND YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!!!!

This air fryer works well. It maintains heat and has lots of settings. I like that it reminds me to stir the food for even cooking. I purchased a silicone basket that makes cleanup very easy.

Amazing air fryer.....worth every penny. Cooks great, user friendly, cleans up easily.

We have been using it for about 6 months now. It still cleans up easily, viewing window has remained clear and unit works like new. It practically has replaced the oven for many things. Having the window is a big bonus. I give it a 10 out of ten. My only change would be to have the temperature and time on separate controls.
