Tremendously light, but sturdy. Very sharp. Easy to use. Looks nice. The grip texture is good, but wondering how well it will hold up over time and use/washing. See second picture for close up of handle. Wonder the same for the sharpness. Great value. Seems like a great purchase after the first few uses.

This is a beautiful, thin, well balanced knife. Thumbs up. UN,ess the thumb gets in the way. But never fear, this knife has a thumb rest to keep you safe!
