My old buttons had worn out on my 2013 Mercedes GLK. These were very easy to install. They look great and they look original. I read another review where the person drilled a tiny hole in the old buttons inserted a small screw part way in, and pulled out the buttons. That worked extremely well

Easy to install, they look as good as factory, and fit the exact same. They seem high quality with no issues and a lot cheaper than replacing with OE switches

The color of the buttons was not black, more of a dark grey.

A bit of a work to remove each button but the fitment is great, slides right into the original slots. Quality is good but definitely not the original feeling. The most important for me was the appearance and it fixed my issue with the old peeling off ones. If you have the few tools to DIY , I recommend this product 👍🏻

No directions included. Not one youtube video online to show how to safely remove the existing buttons, safely, without damaging the tight frame the buttons are housed in.
