Aluminum and stainless steel give the look of sterling silver without the cost. Pure aluminum does not tarnish and has a much lower rate of skin reaction than sterling silver. Copper and Brass (Nu Gold) will patina over time and cause it to create a very unique aged antique look which is simply gorgeous. However you can polish both metals back to their original shine with a polish cloth.
