Brilliant works better than the original now tv remote that it has replaced

Works like it said straight out of the pack happy with that!

This device is a tad cheap and cheerful. However, all of the standard keys work in exactly the same manner as those on the original remote for my Roku SE HD TV box.I just popped in a couple of AAA batteries and the device worked immediately.I then programmed the other keys to perform the basic functions of my Hisense TV. As such, I have the convenience of (usually) just using a single remote. The programming process is very straightforward and relatively fool proof.That said, the buttons are all rather spongy, some need more pressure than others and all are generally quite slow to react. Hopefully, I will get used to it.Physically, despite having 9 extra keys, the remote is exactly the same size as the Roku original. Standard key layout is identical.It's certainly a good value device but, if you can afford it, I'd suggest spending a bit more and getting better quality. For less than £9 with next day delivery, I really can't complain!

I double, triple checked the new batteries were in the correct order. I also went on Google and Roku website to trouble shoot.This remote is a complete waste of time and money.

Definitely not as good as the real Now TV remote. Not as sensitive and you really have to point to the receiver. No volume control

Ho recentemente acquistato il "Telecomando sostitutivo adatto per NOW TV Smart Box 4200SK 4201SK 4500SK 2400SK, controller set-top box per lettore ITV compatibile" con grandi aspettative, ma purtroppo sono rimasto profondamente deluso.Innanzitutto, il telecomando non funziona affatto. Ho seguito le istruzioni fornite, installando nuove batterie AAA come suggerito, ma non ha prodotto alcun risultato. Mi aspettavo che fosse "facile da usare" e "sostituzione perfetta" come pubblicizzato, ma non ho avuto alcuna fortuna.Inoltre, non solo non funzionava, ma ha anche causato problemi con il mio dispositivo NOW TV. Da quando ho iniziato a utilizzare questo telecomando, il mio dispositivo NOW TV ha iniziato a comportarsi in modo anomalo, causando più problemi di quanto ne risolvesse.Nonostante sia stato descritto come "sensibile e confortevole" con "copertura in ABS e tasti sensibili", tutto ciò non conta se il prodotto principale non funziona come dovrebbe. A che serve un telecomando se non riesce a controllare il dispositivo per cui è destinato?Speravo che questo prodotto sarebbe stato una soluzione conveniente e funzionale per sostituire il mio vecchio telecomando NOW TV, ma invece ha causato solo frustrazione e disagio. Devo purtroppo sconsigliare l'acquisto di questo prodotto a chiunque cerchi un telecomando sostitutivo per il proprio dispositivo NOW TV
