Compact Size, Sturdy, Great Value
I ordered a different brand before this one, ended up having to disassemble and send it back! I was so nervous about getting the pro-form from the other bad experience, but everything went together very easily, and I’ve got 75 miles on it so far!! Nice, smooth, quiet ride! Mornings when my four-year-old ends up in my bed, I’m still able to work out on it, and it never wakes him up. It fits nicely at the foot of my bed even with my slanted wall. I highly recommend Proform!

Excellent product ! Great delivery, easy set up!
Excellent product! The adjustments for tall or short people are easy to use and actually accommodates my son who is 6’7” and my niece who 5’2”. The only thing they could improve upon is the handlebars! When you pedal, if you have long legs( I have 38” inseam) , and aren’t just in the right position, your knees hit the lowest part of the bars! Please fix this! Otherwise, I have had it for over six months, love it, and nothing has gone wrong! I ride three to six miles a day, and still am using the original batteries I out in the day I bought it. Very efficient. And if the company is reading...a backlight on the panel would be grand! It is hard to ride and see everything when my husband is sleeping! We need a back light!! Great product guys! Fix those two little things, and it would be perfect!

Not the most ergonomic recumbant but great value and does work excelent!
Assembly was a pain, due to wrenches provided. I would GLADLY pay $10 more to have the wrenches be ball end to make putting bolts in in tight areas easier. Also the packaging took 2 garbage pickups and 2 recycling pickups to get rid of....Not the cardboard I mind, but WOW how can you justify sooooo much Styrofoam?!?! Once assembled nothing will work unless you also ordered the power supply or have several high quality D cell batteries...Another thing, the place the batteries go is not easily accessed for most people...Let me only say - if you can't change oil and service your car -- you'll have issues with batteries....Buy the power supply...Other than that, it is a great value for the cost. Highly recommend - would be 5 stars if I wasn't so picky about the above items.... The unit is solid - very well made and should last a very long time. Its no peloton but you don't have to spend 2K to buy and 40 bucks a month subscription to use!!!!!

Best Recumbent Bike I've Ever Owned!
Not only was the price reasonable, the assembly was straight forward, and the quality of the product excellent. I have been able to burn more calories with this bike than my previous model through a self designed 45 minute interval workout (start without setting tension for 3 minutes at fast pace - around 25 mph; then 2 minutes at tension level 6, back to tension level 5 for 2 minutes, then to tension level 7 for 2 minutes, back to tension level 5 for 2 minutes, repeating up to tension level 10 and then back down to tension level 6 before going back up again finishing after 45 minutes). What amazes me is how quite the bike runs as the tension is regulated through a magnet. Excellent investment! I love it!

Parents like it
Bought this product for my parents who need more cardiovascular exercise during their Covid Stay at Home restriction. My parents are in their 70s and have been very independent and mobile. This stationary bike has helped with their overall health. They have it in their bedroom and make it a routine to use the bike 20-40 minutes every day. My mom likes that the bike is quiet enough to use while she is watching TV or while my dad is taking a nap (he’s not a light sleeper, though). My mother is only 5 ft tall and she was able to reach the peddles with the seat adjusted. However, a con is that the back of the seat is not adjustable so she uses a pillow to help reduce the recline. The bike is sturdy and is at a good height to mount and descend safely. In addition, I purchased the mat to help with safety, stability, and floor protection. I also purchased the professional bike assembly with my Prime purchase. It was definitely worth the money. The technician called before coming to my parents home and he was masked and wore gloves. He took less than 1 hour to put the product together. Another con was the product did not come with its electrical cord. It can operate with batteries. I called the product’s customer service number and they sent me the electrical cord free of charge and shipping without any hassle.

Arrived with missing parts - ProForm Customer Service is a joke
I had tested this model in a local sports store and loved it. I purchased on Amazon for the convince and cheaper price. It arrived with missing parts, including the hardware. I contacted both Amazon and Proform. Amazon directed me to ProForm because the machine should be covered under warranty. However, I was on hold for over an hour with ProForm customer service before I hung up. This is ridiculous. Not to mention I have a recumbent bike I cannot use and parts all over my floor for who knows how long. This has ruined the whole experience for me. At this point, I am tempted just return the item. Update: I ended up returning the bike to Amazon and they shipped me a new one. I have had it for almost 9 months now and for a $200ish bike, it has been great. I’m fact, 3 other family members have ended up purchasing the bike after trying out mine. Bottom line from the whole experience, buy the bike from Amazon in case it comes with missing parts, because Amazon’s customer service is wonderful and Proform’s it not. Keep in mind it is a cheaper bike and it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, but it is very sturdy. My only complaint is the seat and I wish the seat back could be moved forwards or backwards. However, if your looking for one to strengthen your thighs with minimum impact on your knees this bike will absolutely do the job!
