Long lasting and very flexible for strength training
Highly recommended for working out indoors and at home, these exercise bands are great. Not thin and prone to deterioration like others I've tried, these are perfect for my home workouts. A full range of resistance, this set covers all the bases. And they won't break when you least expect it.

Absolute important staple to have routine.
Great variety of bands, I like the tension and resistance training. Easy to take with you easy to do even when you’re sitting in a chair. It’s wonderful for starters or in my case advanced workouts. An absolute staple for any workout routine.

Decent set for whatever....
Ok, these are just huge rubber bands, but they can be a useful aid in recovery or just small workouts. Good assortment of resistance, my only con is they tend to bite and run your hands during movements, but any small piece of material with Velcro makes easy handles, or gloves, otherwise these are great, but it's up too you too learn how to use them best for you, play with them, there's no right way, well, as long as you don't snap yourself...🤣😁Recommended....

GREAT WEIGHT ROOM BANDS at a GOOD PRICE
These resistance bands are excellent quality. I use them mainly for assisted pull-ups, and at 180 lbs, they handle the load with no problem at all. I use them for weighted dips as well, and have had 25 lbs on them. No signs of wear or tear after consistent use. Definitely heavy duty enough for serious workouts in the weight room. Highly recommend for anyone needing strong, reliable bands.

Missing information
Nothing in or on the box or the bands themselves tell you their weight resistance. They’re fine bands but like come on. How can I even trust they weight is accurate?
