This cream is easy to use and very effective. I definitely recommend it due to the high quality!

Unfortunately this is a cream and not an ointment. Which mean it lacks lubrication.The onset of relief takes longer since it is dependent of on your skin taking in the medication.I found more comfort and relief from a generic hemorrhoid ointment that doesn't contain lidocaine the pain reliever. This was because it helps ease the pain when passing a stool due to the lubrication of the ointment.I will continue to use it since the medication will help heal the fissure. But I am disappointed that I chose this brand because it was 5% lidocaine when I could have got more relief with a 4% lidocaine "ointment"

I really had hopes for this product. But is actually made things feel worse for me. It burns, and causes swelling, extremely irritating and it might of caused my skin to open. I'm currently in pain now from it. I'm so disappointed. I had to give one star, which I wanted to give none.
