Defective product exchanged 2 times.
I have exchange 2 times. Because the keypad was not working. After getting the latest exchanged products it is not one month, again keypad is not working. Very slow. Facing Heating issue. Avoid buying. I bought it for my father because he wanted a laptop within 10 to 11 inch size. There was no option. Quality issue.

Laptop hangs sometimes when using multiple tabs. Look and feel is nice and lightweight makes it so handy.

Defected laptop
Laptop is dead.not charging..after connecting adaptor none light us blinking Acer and Amazon refused to return manufacturing defect product Retrun this product otherwise I will file court case against Acer and amazon

Faulty product received
I ordered a laptop.. it was delivered on correct time.. but I got a faulty product. Power is not turning on.. Charger is ok.. Laptop problem.. I contacted Amazon.. They told me to return it for a replace.. But It's been a week today, still no response. Amazon is still better than flipkart.. If they were there the problem would have been solved soon.. Anyway now I am thinking to move legally.. I don't want to leave..

Worst product I ever bought from Amazon.
If anyone wants to waste m oney then this is the best option. I bought this laptop on 17 July then it is not getting start then I applied for replacement it was not available and also taking it return. Instead of that they told that they are providing technical team for inspection on the day of purchase. After 4 days my laptop got repaired. Then I found it is heating very much as it is fully covered which doesn't let air to pass through it.
