This slicer is fantastic kitchen tool. We used the previous one for slicing apples. However, this one has AT LEAST TWO extra benefits:Firstly it slices into 12 slices and one central "core", more importantly to make POTATO WEDGES.Simpler and safer than a carving knife: you get 12 wedges and one central croquette shaped wedges.One of the best kitchen tools we've bought in a long time - highly recommended.

This handy apple cutter is easy to use and seems very durable. Easy to clean as its dishwasher safe. Cuts the apple into even slices. The only down side - like every apple slicer is that the core gets stuck.

Large, easy to use but doesn't quite push down to end of apple and worry about pushing end out with fingers

Bought as I had seen one like it on batch from scratch on tv. Cuts potatoes into wedges/chips all the same thickness great for the airfryer.

Does what it says. Easy to clean.
