This is my repurchase of this product, I'm pleased to say it is a great product. Feel the benefits with natural boost in memory and concentration and my husband has now taken this daily and now is part of his daily routine to use due to benefits he feels also. It does have a nutty taste which we love so be mindful if you don't like this. I add to my smoothies and husband to his morning coffee. Definitely give it a go

I don't know how long one must take this to see any results, but I took it for as long as the package lasted (over a month), and so far, I don't notice anything different than usual (neither libido nor energy). For hormonal balance and fertility, will have to find out soon

I took 3 grams a day as recommended. Felt okay for the first week. Then I began getting dizzy spells, sensitivity to light and clammy hands. I had to close my eyes and lay down until the effect wore off which took hours. These symptoms all stopped after stopping the powder. Straight in the bin. Maybe it works better for other people, we're all a bit different but just be a bit careful folks, perhaps start with 1 gram because the downside really isn't worth risking.
