Fit my Mossberg 500 perfectly. I applied a few dabs of grease and it slid right on without marring. You can still see the bead sight under the pic rail. Standard pic rail.. can fit whatever you want to throw on it. Blue lock tight is your friend for the ejector claw screw.

Some reviewers mention that this part scratched their gun. Thanks for the heads up. I keep my stuff pristine so I didn’t want that to happen when I installed mine. I took a light file and smoothed down some of the sharp edges and I also put a layer of blue painters tape on the inside of it to prevent scratching. You cannot see the tape at all so I was happy.I was initially irritated because I didn’t think they included the proper ejector screw that’s needed to hold this in place in front. The provided screw would thread and go in a bit but then became hard to turn. Eventually I figured out that the screw is in fact correct and it turns hard because of the unthreaded plastic that the original length screw doesn’t reach. It’s ok to twist the new screw hard because it will clean out the plastic and thread perfectly. You can then put the nut on it to lock down the front portion of the side saddle.I haven’t shot the gun with it yet so we’ll see, and I’ll update my review accordingly. As of now I’m quite happy and the buck shot seems to be held really solid in the slots.

Fits a Maverick 88 perfectly. Install is easy and straight forward. Looks great and holds the shells tight enough that I’m not worried about them slipping out while wearing it with a sling. Not much else to say, it’s a great product for the look and utility.

Rail fits perfectly onto the Mossberg Maverick 88, just be careful not to overtighten any screws when you secure it to the firearm. This picatinny rail gives you so many more options for modern day optics to be mounted for use, although you can use the original bead iron sights through the center channel after install if you really want. Be careful when sliding on the mount to avoid any of the scracthing issues people have talked about, just go slow and thoughtful, I installed mine with no issues. Very impressed by the overall construction and feel, as well as the shells holding snugly without any visible migration.

This is a good and strong apparatus holds the 6 12g shells nice and firm.

Useless, bolt in threaded pin was waaay too tight from the box and stripped the included tool. Almost broke my personal allen key too. Was able to get the left side off, but the right one is impossibly tight for a 2mm allen and I had to stop torquing before the bolt itself strips since that may cause return issues. Very disappointed, 2nd Monstrum product I have issues with this month.
