Best pitcher I’ve found. Works better and lasts longer than the other major brands. There is no gap or leakage from the main reservoir before the water is filtered. Also the water enters from faucet in a much more sanitary method and you don’t need to open the tank to add more water. This brand is well worth the extra cost. Very easy to use. Large space saving.

It filters fast and the water taste great and it's a bit heavy but well worth the money

I ordered the water pitcher with a filter, and I also ordered a set of 3 extra filters. The pitcher filters the water well. I won't say the water is "softer" but it tastes better than water straight from the tap. I like the 10-cup size for just the two of us; it's easy to refill as needed. The color of the pitcher is good; I like the clearness of the pitcher so that I can see how much water is left in the pitcher (or whether it needs to be refilled. The filler opening at the top is interesting because when the reservoir is full, the opening auto closes. My minor suggestion to the company is to increase the size of the spout so that it's easier to pour the water into a water bottle with a small opening (an opening the size of a bottle of soda). What I really appreciated is the customer service of this company. Krystal, was a tremendous help in fixing the minor issue I had with the filter replacements (one was missing). Her professionalism, her can-do attitude, her immediate response to get me what I needed as quickly as possible turned an average purchase into a wow! moment. From the bottom of my heart, I appreciate Krystal's help and excellent customer service and more than satisfactory resolution.

Simple, easy, works great, great price.

The filter purifies the water very well. When you fill the top of the pitcher the water flows through the filter in a few minutes. I'm very pleased with this filter pitcher.

Product was as described. Directions for assembly were clear. I will say when pitcher is full I need 2 hands to take it out because it is heavy. Wish I had gotten a 5 cup just for this reason. Other than that, a nice product. Plus 2 extra filters came with it.

Better tasting to us than our prior Britta. Some say it's not quite as fast, but it's not slow either. That's not a thing for us. Just really appreciate the crisp, clean taste. Space-saving, too.

It is as advertised and the water just as tasty as Brita no difference noticed but only this one gets the water filtered way faster than Brita. Recommended
