I’ve taken multivitamins for many decades now, and to be honest my body really can’t tell the difference between them. These capsules have all the standard vitamins that most other multivitamins have, but they also have a little ginseng and a fruit & vegetable blend. The capsules are easy to swallow and they have not upset my stomach. They basically don't have any flavor to them when I swallow them, which is a good thing in my book.The bottle did not have a seal around the lid, but the top of the jar did have a seal. The cap is also a child proof cap. Inside there was a wad of cotton to protect the capsules and a moisture pack to keep the capsules safe.

After I start taking one tablet a day my legs had pain and I stop taking. So it might had bad sight effects.
