Received 2 on the 19th Jan both worked but after a few days 1 stopped working. I filled out a Amazon return collection but as I was packing it I banged it on Kitchen work top. For whatever reason I plugged it in and it started to work. So I cancelled the collection and at this moment in time it is still working.

Unfortunately u bought 1, it broke so i returned it. Then the other one broke too. This will be the 3rd dehumidifier ive bought

Bought this in the hopes of curbing the condensation problem in my flat. On purchasing I thought it’d be an issue that the tank was smaller than others but upon experience it really doesn’t fill up that fast. If I’ve left it on all day, it’ll fill with about an inch and a half of water which is pretty impressive for such a small and light machine. It hardly uses any electricity so happy to leave it on over night.

It improved the condensation on my bedroom windows but I maybe should have got a more powerful one but didn’t want one too large.

Delivery was very quick, and the product turned on,so that's the 2 stars out of the way. If you read my reviews there normally good & precise.....there is nothing positive about this £90 gone but if I can help fellow customers am happy , buy a bag of sugar it'll collect more moisture than the two I've got, two rooms in my flat suffer badly with moisture and after having these running for 3 days managed to collect 100ml of moisture. I'd advise you please save your money and look at alternatives. They've had me pants down on this product 😳🤬

Great value for money glad I got 2. Quality excellent, just right size too.Extremely quite, collect moisture from desired rooms & can feel the air in rooms alot cleaner & refreshing.I keep mine on 24 hrs. Only 1p an hour.Easy to empty. Very good buy .

Hardly works, was really sold by other reviews until I went back and saw they was all influencer ones. Used in a small double bedroom makes zero difference doesn't collect hardly any water and the room is really damp wet windows in morning etc but has collected about 5ml of water total in 2 days. Not impressed waste of money
