I have a pre 2012 mac book pro. It has a built in DVD play so I can hook it up to my TV and watch movies. The cord was the original one and I had electrical tape and they just rotted off and it finally stopped working. The plug fits perfect. I have it hooked up to my own charger. I saw some reviews complaining about it only being the cord, but it clearly states that it is only a charging cable and not a charger. I'm glad I found this, hopefully I will get a couple of more years out of this old laptop.

I wanted to tune up an old macbook and needed a charger. This one had decent review being 3.9 star average so I bought. Sadly it didn't come with everything needed to charge my device. I need a 60 watt fast charger. I don't have that so I'll have to buy another product. Bother

I am very disappointed with this item. I waited for so long but it’s not working at all. How to refund? No charging at all. And whats funny it’s not in my Orders history. How can i ask for a refund?
