This is for that natural makeup look for when you don't want to have heavy make up on. It is buildable and darker if you use a primer on your eyelid first. The colors are exact to the photo. This would look best on those who are more fair skin as I do not think you'd be able to really see this on tan to dark skin tones. Not a hint of glitter or shimmer in this matte pallet. The pink/mauve color is the prettiest color in the pallet and these glide on and felt light as a feather on my eyelid. Hope this helps for anyone considering this pallet.

Surprisingly nice palette. Colors blend well but not well pigmented.

I like the muted colors....I am a senior, so didn't want the sparkles that I find in most eye shadows. I am happy with these colors as they are matte, which I wanted. I would have liked at least one color to be a bit darker for above the lid, to create more of a "smokey" eye. But overall, I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend it. The price was awesome.

The eye shadow palette came with a free brush. The colors work separately or blended. I found it easy to blend for a soft or strong effect. I hope they keep selling the smokey colors palette. I would definitely buy this again!

If you want a well pigmented eyeshadow then this is not for you. I was disappointed. I like the shades and the fact that it is a matte shadow but the colors do not show up hardly at all. I could only use the darkest one and still I had to keep applying to get it darker and it still wasn’t dark enough. Was planning to use this in my travel cosmetic kit due to size but I will have to find another brand. The colors look nothing applied like they look in the case. Save your money.

I should have known that you get what you pay for, but I was swayed by some of the other reviews of this product. Some of the shades turned out to be so close in color that there really wasn't a difference when applied. The main reason for the low review, though, is the fact that I could not get what I felt to be a good deposit of color despite using primer and brushes I've had good results with in the past. They also did not blend well and wore off quickly despite using fixative spray. Note to self and others: Spend the money to get a decent brand name.

I would have never bought them had I known they were made in China. They are a low quality product and overpriced.

I’m a very pale person so for me these are perfect for a no-makeup look. The lighter ones add just a hint of color and shading, and the darker ones definitely add depth. I used them with the Milani eyeshadow primer and they last VERY well; I swatched them all on my hand and they survived sleeping all night and a shower. Granted, this could be entirely the result of the primer, not the shadows, still impressive. They are a bit chalky but I didn’t notice a lot of fallout. Overall, very happy with this purchase.
