I bought the 10-inch, deep frying pan and use it so often that I just keep it on my stove. As a single person who likes to cook, I find it the perfect size for one or two portions of pasta, ramen, or small batches of soup or stew. It heats well so you can saute meat and vegs and then add other ingredients for a one pot meal. If you want to reheat food on the stovetop instead of in a microwave, this pan is good for that too. The added benefit is that it is tough to burn anything in it as long as there is a little liquid. It's also super easy to clean and unlike some other kinds of non-stick, it can go in the dishwasher, even on the bottom rack. Altogether, a terrific, affordable, lightweight pan!

This pan is a delight to use -- feels good while grasping it, looks good and cooks good! I'm very satisfied with it and would buy it again. I have small hands and have trouble grasping a 12-inch pan, so this is exactly the right size and bulk, yet it holds all the chopped veggies and other items to make a meal for one person. This pan is wonderful for cooking anything from Burger to sauteed veggies. I also have the large saute pan and I won't use anything else. Food comes out great. Clean up is easy.

I love this pan. Perfect for omelets, one pot meals, grilled cheese, burgers, veggies, etc. This is my go to. Nothing sticks, cheese will slide right out. I especially like how deep it is, I can make a whole meal in this pan and it not spill over. The cover with vent hole is great and you can drain grease with the cover on tight and not worry about the cover slipping and losing half your food. Cleaning is a snap, wipes right out, no scrubbing necessary.

I bought this pan because I was tired of stirring stuff in a shallow pan and having stuff spill out. This pan is DEEP; I can cook large meals with ease and I have yet to have anything fall out of the pan. If you have limited space then this pan is for you. It is very solid and sturdy, heats up fast, and cooks food evenly. My only gripe is that the non stick coating is sensitive to scratching.

This pan is my favorite. It looks heavy but just has some body. It fits for 1 or 2 people's breakfast, lunch, dinner.This morning I fried Brussel sprouts with green onions in bacon fat, added a little broth and just steamed it for a little while with the lid on tight but breathing hole in it for steam. I then cracked 2 eggs over the veggies, added spices, some fresh cilantro and shredded Parmesan cheese. (Keto diet). A little salsa and sliced avocado finished the meal for 1 (cut in half) or two servings. The pan was only 3/4 full.It looks so elegant, I could have placed it on a matt right on the table. Because it is grey, any grease marks will probably not show in the future. It is a good time to get yourself a set of silicone-coated utensils to keep the surface scratch-free.

When I took this pan out of the box, I was impressed with the heaviness and the look of quality, it is a very pretty pan. I wondered though if it would really be non-stick because it has a sort of porous feel to it. However, after washing and rinsing it before the first use I noticed while rinsing that the water seems to just run off of it. I turned it upside down and back over and it was completely dry inside! That is cool. I cooked an egg and pepper mixture in it for breakfast burritos and everything just came right off, easily. I didn't know you could fall in love with a pan. Also the lid is very nice and has a vent hole in it. I highly recommend this frying pan.

Don't expect a speedy delivery or good communication, but the pan is so incredible you won't care. It's the perfect size for 2, nothing sticks, washes out with the swish of a sponge, and beautiful enough to set on your table to serve from. I bought it to use camping with a induction burner, but it quickly moved to my kitchen and is now my favorite pan for everyday. WOW.
