I Think This Really Works!!!
After a few months of use I believe maybe this really did save me money. I will write another review on this product after I've monitored this device. Last month electric 499 compared to 12 months ago at 599. Remarkable, this is rather fun to see if this really works. Maybe, I am guessing is that in the picture it shows two sign waves, one without the device and one with the device. Without the device the sign wave has distortions, with the device the model picture shows no distortions. Maybe the distortions increase internal inductance (resistance) raising power. That is a wild guess. At any rate maybe in a year I'll rewrite another review and see if my sanity is restored.

No difference in electricity savings
I expected a 50% decrease in electrical bills. Maybe it has helped 1%. I don't recommend it.
