Battery malfunctioned but company replaced
This scooter stopped working less than a year after I purchased it. It will turn on but the battery no longer charges.*update*This company was very responsive. They gave me a refund and are shipping a new battery. Recommend based on customer service to make things right.

7 yr old loved it
My daughter loves the scooter. We love that there is three settings for her to go on so the slowest setting was great for her to figure it out. The light up part is pretty cool. The battery seems to last OK for now.

It's like soo good
The colors are so nice and and it has 3 modes it's electric and it has soft handles And there's a nice brake. The kick stand is good. Thank you.

Good 1st Scooter
Purchased as a gift for our 10yr old daughter. She loves the color and the lights along with it being easy too ride. It goes fast enough for her without being scary for mom. It is not noisy either which is appreciated. Was easy to get set up and ready for her to use. Would recommend as a first time motorized scooter.

10yrs hot wheels
My 10 year old loves it! Good size for him and not too fast. Great transportation to go out riding with friends or to and from school. He weighs about 85 lb and it fits him well. He can plug it in and unfold it easily without my help. Better life seems to last very well.

Stopped working but company sent replacement parts
Got this for my son for Christmas. He rode it maybe 10 times and now the throttle doesn’t work. It turns on and reads the miles per hour while you are pushing with your foot, but when you push the throttle, there is no response.Upgraded from 1 to 5 stars. Customer service was great, they shipped new throttle at no cost. It arrived quickly, was easy to replace and fixed the problem.

Doesn’t last long
The media could not be loaded. Bought in October 2024, 7 yo son didn’t use til it after Christmas as his gift. He was only able to use it til April and not everyday at that coz winter and school, now the battery doesn’t charge! Also, the part where he gets to control it is loose and doesn’t stay put. Don’t recommend this product! I wish they have support/warranty for a year to guarantee their product!
