Its not much effective, i think it has added more Ashwaganda, less shilajit. I can't feel of having Shailajit when i consume it. It smells like Ashwaganda.

I think it works but I still don't know about long term use. It's my first time try for shilajit .

As intended, slight bitter in taste. Viscosity is good. However, sealing need to be taken good care. Overall product is good and definitely beneficial for health.
