Armor AX25 Clear Wet Look High Gloss Solvent-Based Siloxane Infused Acrylic Concrete, Aggregate, and Paver Water Repellent Sealer by Foundation

I put down 3 coats. First two I did with a sprayer and back rolled. It took me a minute to get used to the sprayer but once I did it was pretty easy. The thrid coat I added the non slip to the gallon jug and just rolled it on. The non slip additive collected pretty densley in the bottom of the roller tray. Once the third coat dried I noticed a few spots on the pavers where the non slip collected as well and it you can see. Im not sure if it collecting on the pavers was from me just being in a hurry and not paying attention or if it was unavaoidable but it doesn't bother me too much. Overall it looks really good. I feel like I could have put down a little more with each coat to get more of a sheen but I'm satisfied.

This is the second time I have used this product and without a doubt is the very best on the market if you are looking for the wet look when sealing pavers. I have used other products to try and achieve the wet look in a paver sealer and none even come close to what a Foundation Armor product has to offer. I used this product on pavers and I recommend that you use the sand with it when applying as the surface can get slippery when using this. All you need to do is add the recommended amount right to the sealer and then apply I also purchased the sand from Armor Foundation. The price is very close to other products, maybe a little bit higher but well worth the few extra dollars. But it right off Amazon with free shipping, came very quickly.

It looks fantastic. The roller size the bottle suggested was useless in this type of concrete. It didn’t get into the nooks and crannies so I used a small brush as well. I see a big difference and haven’t even applied the 2nd coat yet. Very pleased

This has been the 5th consecutive year using the Ax25 product on a stamped concrete patio surrounding a saltwater pool in Northeast PA. The product is easy to apply but the weather conditions must be perfect. I apply using a roller very late in the day (late April or early May) on a dry surface with no rain in the forecast for at least 48hrs. The product makes the patio look absolutely stunning from April thru September. Unfortunately after a few months of mild sun, and saltwater exposure the product begins to fade, bubble and turn cloudy. I have experimented with both one and two coats and the case is the same. That said, it needs to be reapplied every season with one coat or rejuvenated with xylene (not cheap) with two coats through the same application process. My neighbor has had the same experience but have not identified a better product. Would be great to get to get 2 seasons out of one application. See photos.
