The second thing is it blends really well with water or almond milk. I use it with almond milk and it does not leave any graininess And the third thing is that the flavor is delicious. I literally felt like I was drinking a chocolate ice cream milkshake, that is the best way to put it. There’s no bitterness and there’s no weird aftertaste. There’s definitely no bloating. I don’t write reviews often but I am raving about this product! This is the first whey protein powder I have tried that doesn’t tear up my stomach! I am very sensitive to whey protein and normally can’t tolerate it. I have tried tons and tons of brands over the years but this one literally doesn’t affect my stomach whatsoever. I almost didn’t believe it when I first took, thought it must be a fluke, but I have taken the product several times and each time is same. ZERO bloating, gas, or discomfort. Furthermore, it’s a great value for such a high quality protein powder and it tastes great too. I like that it’s not like overly sweet like some protein powders and has a pleasant and smooth vanilla flavor. Even better, it can be mixed with a spoon or if I put it in my water bottle and give it a gentle shake it’s ready to drink, no clumping. No blender, no shaker bottle needed, no mess. As an on-the-go mom with a busy toddler I can’t say enough about this product. If you can’t tolerate whey protein, I would definitely give this one a try. I was ambivalent but so glad I did. I have a very sensitive stomach, lactose intolerance, milk protein sensitivity, and IBS and to say this was gentle on the stomach is an understatement. 1st time trying this product and over all I would say it is a good product, mixes very easily and high protein content per scoop. Decent flavor, a little bland, but good and not too sweet. Clean protein source, digests easily. It definitely is a good quality product with a simple flavor formula. It’s mostly a basic chocolate but definitely could have gone up in peanut butter to give more of a balance flavor. Once I finish this Container I would be open to trying other flavors since I am trying to find one that does keep me full with out feeling bloated.

To get a creamier texture that is like a dessert, but not too sweet, mix it with a milk product.
