Bad for digestion
Not good for people with digestion issue. I am taking half or less scoop once a day with water but still having bad digestion issue.

My son's psychiatrist recommended this over the melatonin he had been taking because this is natural. He is 14 and takes one before bed time. Since I have gone back to work during this pandemic (I am a teacher) I have not been having restful sleep. I started taking these Monday night after not sleeping well Sunday night at all, and have had some of the most restful sleep I have had in a long time. I take two before bed time.

There are 100 capsules in the product. We are supposed to take 2-4 cap each time. However, they are expiring in 60 days. If we are not taking this product everyday, we are going to end up wasting some of them. Pretty disappointed.

Ive been using this product for a over a years now and helps me to getgood quality sleep. I live in jamaica and recently its been very hard to get this as once there is only 2 left in stock gnc does not ship anymore you are required to pick up in stores which I don't have anyone to pick up in store and ship it to me and there is or one left in stock for a long time. Very inconvenient.
