If the sender is not refrigerating this i.e. sending on dry ice, the item is useless. It says must be refrigerated on the box for a reason!! Thus, the product is excellent but not if mailed without refrigeration/dry ice.

It works! My only regret is that I didn't find it sooner. I'm 49 years old I have GERD (acid reflux) every time I eat spicy or citrus foods I'd suffer in pain for days I'd go through bottles of antacid plus several prescriptions from Protonix, Tagamet, Prevacid just to name a few.
