Night 56 Tablets - Traditional Herbal Medicinal Product Used for The Temporary Relief of Sleep Disturbances

Works well - sleep better at night

As a menopausal woman in her 50s I have been having trouble dropping off to sleep for quite a while. I tried magnesium tablets first and after a while they stopped helping me with sleep so I thought I would give these a go as I had tried the Kalms daytime tablets briefly for a stressful period and they helped. I have been taking these tablets for over 2 weeks now and 9 times out of 10 they help me to nod off, no more 3am looking at the clock wondering why I cannot sleep! They are not miracle workers and they may not work for everyone but they have for me so I will continue to use these for now.

Some background: I have a number of mental health conditions - Anxiety, ADHD, Depression to name a few. I also have chronic pain. All of these things can contribute to a bad nights sleep, or at least mean it takes forever to get off to the land of nod. I have used things like Nightol, but found that there were times it was too strong for what is needed and left me struggling the next day because I was still groggy. Having used Kalms day and found them beneficial, and so considered giving these a go. Pros: Valerian and not Lavender - having used Lavender tablets before, I found they repeated on me. Being Valerian, I don't have this issue at all. They also work. They don't knock you out, but they I found they relax my mind and body enough to allow me to fall asleep gently. I do make a point of taking them 30-60 minutes before I go to bed most of the time. However, on occassion if I have not taken them and cannot sleep, I have taken them and found them beneficial, though they still take that time to work. The size of the tablets is small, I would say half the general size of a smartie, which maybe be a problem for some with dexterity issues, which I do have, but I find that they are small enough to tip 4 into my hand and take them in one go. I noticed others comment about the smell of them, and while they do have a mild aroma, I personally have not problem with it and they have no taste if it takes you a little longer to take them, unlike a lot of tablets. Cons: Only about 1/3 of the bottle is full. My pet peeve is packaging, especially bottles, that have hardly any product in. I would say the bottle is only one third full. I would honestly pay more for a full bottle. For that reason, petty as it may seem, I am only giving them 4 stars. I would recommend giving them a try if you want something to relax you into sleep rather than something that will essentially knock you out.

Good enough, calming a bit an overactive mind and relieving slightly the stress. However, they seem to have diluted the original formula so much, that you now must take 4 (!) pills before bed. Why oh why did you do that? Before, with one or two pills taken, the calming effect was guaranteed. Why do we need to swallow now 4 in one go?! It seems to be such a ridiculously washed down formula. Oh, could it be because the price has been doubled or tripled and we get 56 pills that last only 14 days? That is, if you only take 4 before bed. If you also need to medicate extra and take other 4 during the evening, the bottle lasts you 7 days. Got it? Less for more. 😏

Doesn't work. My sleep is just as bad as it was if not worse actually I've been having sleeping problems for years now and i tried many things so i though i give a shot to these given that it had really good reviews However its actually keeping me awake instead of helping me It might work for some but unfortunately i am not one of them
