Handy for a quick espresso
Lovely colour and brews a quick espresso but does leak a considerable amount when pouring! So be careful

Neat and does the job
Took me a while to realise that the lid clicks shut. Necessary for a no spill pour

Doesn't pour, makes horrible noise when screwing together
Looks great. Spout pours abysmally - coffee everywhere but in the cup - and contrary to another review there's no way to 'click' it shut to pour better. The body and top screw together, but they're not machined with much precision as it's like nails on a blackboard everytime. I bought the leading brand instead for a few quid more, and a world of difference.

Not 6 cups
I love the look and colour of this pot, but to call it a 6-cup pot is very misleading. I already had a small mok pot and presumed from the des riptide this would be bigger. It's not. It does my cup of coffee, but no more. 6 cups? 6 thimbles maybe!
