Very heavy quality bar. Husband fitted it into an overhead wooden support we have undercover outside. Very durable and fit for many types of exercise. I find it difficult to alter the height but just leave it set where it is, my husband finds it much easier to change if needed. Recommended if you want a high quality piece of equipment for long term use.

Feels good quality but, the measurements are way off. I purchased it on the measurements given, which are incorrect. It will not fit the joists in my garage so I have had to buy a length of timber and better fixings at An extra cost of £30. This Paired with the time taken it ends up being an expensive pull up bar. I messaged the seller who was unresponsive and ignored my message.

Rubbish, don't buy it

I'm glad I purchased this style instead of the single strap that comes down the middle. After reading several reviews, I realized that was the biggest complaint since it made usage very awkward. I can't say these bungees are so strong for someone who only weighs 140 that it would assist me enough if I had a very weak pull up strength. However, it offers more than enough assistance which is exactly what I was looking for.

Love the way this thing installs with one point of contact. Just what I needed for my room. Rock solid install on corner of wall just a little to left of top part of closet door where there is plenty of wood. Great design for my needs!

Great design- one of the only bars I found that was spaced perfectly for the trusses in my garage ceiling. This meant I could hit the framing on all four bolts without having to first attach a 2x8 to my ceiling (like I had to do for the other bar in my photo! ). This makes it super functional because it’s snug to the ceiling. We’ve hung rings and bands off of it with plenty of vertical space to move around. Great value for the money and I recommend it highly. It’s really helped me get some practice in on my Kipling pull ups between gym workouts. It’s super heavy duty- I feel like an elephant could hang on this thing and it wouldn’t move an inch! It’s actually just me and my kids so I guess that’s good. ;) It comes mostly assembled- you'll just have to attach the crossbar. I recommend installing one vertical bar on your ceiling, then assembling it, and then booting up the second vertical post.
