Tapo C110 indoor home security Wi-Fi camera comes with a 3-megapixel capability to offer video quality of up to 2K (2,304x1,296) resolution in addition to 1080p and 720p. This is my third camera from Tapo, a brand offered by TP-Link. Writing this review after using Tap products for more than a year. It’s easy to install and can be operated from anywhere with internet. It offers some good features such as motion detection and notification, 2K HD video live streaming/recording with local/cloud storage, alarm system and two-way communication and compatibility with Alex and Hey Google.Final Verdict:Though you can’t compare the quality of 2K HD video with the regular phone/cameras, all I can say is it’s a value for money with a marginal price of just above INR2K and with no added maintenance cost, definitely a go to product for beginner usage to monitor kids/elderly people and maids/workers in a room of 14’x14’ area. It offers decent visibility, clarity, easy installation process (which is available over internet step-by-step). A detailed review is available below. The camera is light weight and it comes with a white casing and black face. It comes with an adjustable stand that can tilt in all direction with approximately 50 to 60 degrees inclination. We can also fix this camera on the wall with the help of screws provided in the package. In addition to the lens, the face of camera contains two LEDs (white and red), three infrared LEDs and a microphone.a) White LED: It works as a warning light when the motion detection is enabled. Solid Green – All setc) Infrared LEDs: Three 850 nm IR LEDs offers night visibility up to 30 ftd) Microphone: It’s handy for two way communication from anywhere in the worldThere is a power adopter port and speaker on the bottom side of the camera body, a memory slot and a reset pin hole on the sides. The camera comes with a capacity of holding microSD card up to 256GB, which is good to record up to two weeks of videos in low resolution. The manufacturer doesn’t provide the memory card, it has to be procured by the users. Apart from this memory card, there is a Cloud storage facility offered by Tapo, it will be charged separately at INR300 per month for one device after 30-day free trial. Tapo charges INR 600 for 2 devices, INR920 for 3 and INR1000 for up to 10 devices. But I guess, a 256GB memory card will serve the purpose.Motion Detection functionality can detect can push a notification to your mobile and it also records a video clip. In case a continuous video record is enabled, it highlights the motion detection timelines with separate colour. We can also personalize the motion detection zones to only capture what happens in the area. This is a good feature to protect our privacy. It’s a simple and easy to use application. Once we create a login in Tapo app using a new username or gmail, it allows you to add all available Tapo cameras. You can also add the device to existing account, it will create a separate tile on the home screen. The home screen offers almost all functionalities. The useful features I found are detailed below: * Functionality to add all cameras on single home screen (Pic 7) * Manual function to change between day mode/night mode, in addition to Auto mode * Instant Photo capture or video recording from live view * Two-way talk button * Voice call button to allow communication without pressing Talk button * Privacy Mode button to instantly stop recording or live view * Continuous recording mode

FHD with 1440p resolution is great.speakers are good.voice call quality is good.playback and download works great.day Mode & night mode works awesomezoom works very smooth.pan & tilt works bit slow but it's okay.capture live picture & video is quick.Good connectivity from 10 meter router distance. Storage options are good and working smoothly.decent pick for the money. Go for it.

I recently bought the Tapo C211, and it’s been a great addition to my home. Setup was super easy, and the app is very user-friendly. The video quality is sharp, even at night, and the pan/tilt feature gives full room coverage.I also really like the motion detection and two-way audio, which work perfectly. For the price, this camera offers excellent value and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I love my Tapo camera, it works well and keeps my home safe with recording feature. But recently, I had an app issue. I contacted TP-Link support, and they were very helpful.They quickly connected me with their app development team, who fixed the problem. They listened, understood the issue, and fixed it.I’m really impressed with Tapo’s quality and fast, friendly support. This camera supports loop recording and doesn’t require a constant internet connection for recording. Simply insert a memory card (minimum 128 GB) and connect it to your mobile phone for the initial setup. After that, internet is only needed if you want to view live footage remotely—otherwise, it records without internet. The night vision is also very clear.Overall, it's a great deal at this price point. The Tapo app offers many features and functions. I bought the camera for around ₹1400 and the class 10 memory card for about ₹1000 (128 GB) , so the total cost was approximately ₹2500—definitely worth it!

It detects flying flies or some flying objects as a person and sends false notification, rings the alarm all night. Imagine how you would feel when a false notification pops up or an alarm rings at midnight and you go and see that there is no person there. All this happens to me all night. When I watch the video as soon as the notification of person or human detection comes, I do not see anything in it, neither a man nor a woman nor any animal. There is no tag in the video, nor is there any green or red mark highlighted so that it can be understood what the camera has detected, a mosquito, fly, dog, cat or any other living creature. There is no firmware update for this camera, when I googled it, I found that version 3.0 plus of this camera has already been released whereas my camera has 1.There is no firmware update for this camera, when I googled it, I found that version 3.0 plus of this camera has been released, Whereas version 1.0 has been installed in this room.इस कैमरे की पिक्चर क्वालिटी और नाइट विजन दोनो अच्छे है, लेकिन इसका माइक और मानव/व्यक्ति पहचान फीचर बहुत खराब है, हुमन/पर्सन डिटेक्शन नोटिफिकेशन थोडी थोड़ी देर में आता रहता है, और जब फुटेज चेक करो, तो उसमें सिर्फ खाली रिकॉर्डिंग दिखती है, सारी रात बस फेक ह्यूमन डिटेक्शन के नोटिफिकेशन और सायरन बजता रहता है।

Working Fine till date.. Its a small handy cam but clarity is good , night vision i havent used till date . but its a good product
