Secured a computer!
My son's computer sits on a little platform under his desk. Twice, it's gotten knocked down or pulled down by a cord, and the thing crashes to the floor. This can NOT be good! So now, using two of these straps, I've secured this PC tower to the desk, and it's not going anywhere! These straps are perfect for this use, provided your configuration has something to strap the computer to.

More versatile than typical cinch straps.
I’ve other buckle/cinch straps that only have the buckle components, and they are handy enough, but their length is not adjustable, leaving me with varying lengths of extra strap to deal with. These straps add a second piece of hardware that allows adjusting the overall length of the strap to minimize the extraneous dangling bit, and now that I’ve experienced that added feature, there’s no going back.I travel year-round on a cargo bicycle, carrying everything I think I might need while on those long journeys, which means I’ve a lot of stuff to secure to my overloaded bike. I’ve some custom systems for securing some of it, but for the rest, cinch straps are the best solution. Before these, I had to secure whatever it was I was strapping down, then also secure the loose ends of the straps, so they wouldn’t get caught in gears or flap in the wind. But with these straps, I simply adjust the overall length to fit the circumference of whatever it is I’m fastening, strap it down, and I’m done.I should note also that the webbing from which these straps are crafted is of a higher quality than others I’ve used. It’s smoother and more flexible, even in freezing conditions, and it’s thus easier to cinch tightly. The hardware is also more refined. The four 3/4-inch versions I tested each has a minimum length of 2 feet and a maximum of 4 feet — just right for my application. Of course, if I ever need a longer cinch strap, I can attach two or more of these straps, end to end.Oh, and I kept the clear-plastic four-compartment sleeve the straps were delivered in, because it’s perfect for keeping them organized when not in use.Hope this helps. Clear skies!

Strong straps, holds tight
This set of four straps will perfect be for holding down my 12v chest fridge/freezer in my trailer conversion camper. The cooler has four recessed metal bars intended for this very purpose. The strap ends are folded over several times and stitched so that the plastic buckle cannot come off and become lost. I cut these folds off so the straps can fit through the cooler's hardware but I'm glad it was done this way. Far easier to cut these off than to fold and stitch it yourself had they not done it. Upon cutting, unravelling was an apparent issue but a few passes over the cut with a lighter flame melted the polyester fibers into a nice weld bead. The camper is a work in progress and I am not ready to install the fridge yet, but the first thing I did with these straps was hook the buckle together, step on the loop with one foot and pull on the strap pretty hard. I didn't give it everything I had, after all I want to use them, but I pulled pretty hard and much harder than what they will ever see for my needs. No slipping and of course no breaking was observed. Obviously these are not tow straps, but are more than strong enough for any reasonable use for a strap of this size and nature. I will edit my reviews when and if a quality issue arises with use and the passing of time.Pros: Strong strap, no apparent quality issues with plastic bucklesCons: None foreseeable for my needs
