Better than expected. I had a small bump in the road with a bend section of my bench - but a quick email to customer service and a remedy was put into action above and beyond what I would have ever thought. Enjoying summer nights relaxing on my porch on this bench! If anything could be fixed, I would want a thicker foam for the seat cushion but it's not uncomfortable.

This is a really cute bench. It only took s couple of minutes to assemble. It’s a great purchase for the price. The cushion is comfortable and the fabric is high quality.

Great product for the price, arrived on time. Cushion isn't super thick but is enough to add to the comfort of the bench. Works really well on a balcony and matches fairly well with other rattan-style pieces.
