Pad not large enough heat is not enough

I had purchased a Rotator Cuff Shoulder Wrap for my husband from another vendor. The coverage on the arm length was much shorter and it was not heated; obviously, this did not work well for my husband. I then saw this product and purchased it. OMG!! What a difference!! The added length in the arm coverage prevents the strap from riding up to the neck; it keeps it stable. Additionally, the heat helped shorten the recovery time and was soothing for my husband. He's back doing the things he did without pain. Definitely recommend this product. Just want to add the material and construction were top quality.... it is not cheap material; very well designed!!

I got this because my traditional heating pad would not hit the spots on my shoulder. This did just the trick and wraps around nicely and fits well. Although, they say you should wear a shirt under it, I find you get better treatment without a shirt and direct contact. The jade stones get hot, but that's what is needed. If it's too hot, then wear a thin shirt. Overall, it did the job around my shoulder and deltoid. I always use it on hight.

This unit heats fast and does a decent job wrapping around the shoulder - I'm using this post rotator cuff surgery. The issue is that while there is a fit adjustment, it still doesn't allow me to get it wrapped snugly around my shoulder so I feel consistent heat all the way around. One or two areas of the pad are inevitably NOT snugged up against the shoulder. So this is a good device that is much better than trying to wrap a rectangular heating pad around the shoulder, but not as good as it could be.

I'm pretty happy with this heating pad. It has three temps which is great. It is kind of hard to put on but I'm assuming it will easier once I get used to it. I like that it is flexible. I used it on my ankle as well as my shoulder and it would probably work for knees, elbows - maybe not perfect but better than a flat pad. There is an odor which I'm hoping will dissipate over time and not bad enough that I would send it back. One thing I really think is excellent is that once you're strapped in and settled it is easy to unplug the small connector near the on off switch. So you can get up and walk around without getting all untangled and just plug it back in when you're done getting a beer or whatever you got up for. Just reconnect and turn it back on. Pretty cool of someone to think of that. Overall I'm happy with this purchase and so is my shoulder. Thanks!!

This item gets EXTREMELY HOT. I had to take it off after 3 minutes. I put a thicker towel over my arm and it was still too hot.
