I took a chance since almost everything nowadays is cheap Chinese junk, and I wasn't disappointed. This is made well, and after a few weeks of use, I don't have any fears of it falling apart. As for functionality - it works for me! I have ridiculous tightness in my legs that effects my back, and despite stretching every which way it never really goes away. Using this thingy makes a difference for me... it allows me to stretch face-down and pull my legs to my back, or use it on my back to stretch my legs every which way possible. It's helped me, I hope it helps you also.

Excellent stretching strap. I use it mostly to do lying hamstring stretches. The multiple point grips are really handy and the quality of the strap for the price is fair. The small carry bag for it is helpful to keep things tidy. Overall I highly recommend this product if you're already looking into it.
