A super great of cable attachment. I use it to replace my e-z bar close grip curls, tricep push downs, seated cable back rows and lat pull downs. It’s become my newest, oldest best friend in the gym.

This product is fantastic!

Although not "cheap" but it seems to be well made and IMO it is worth every penny. The metal attachment is even made out of stainless steel probably a 304. It was package well in a fitted foam in a sturdy box. The bat itself seems to be made of a sturdy hard rubber and it grabs your gloves well. The ergonomics is excellent and it fit my hand with gloves perfectly. I have no complaints and I just hope it last as it cost me a good penny.

While using this it broke apart and cause an injury to my son’s eye. I wouldn’t recommend using this product.

I love this item! It is perfect for doing both tricep work and lat work. I've bought three of them because I keep leaving them attached to the machine! Augh!

Love these ergonomic style attachments. You get the same workout with less of the fatigue in your arms and hands

A bit too pricey for one small part. But very useful upgrade.
