Q: How to wash the teddy bear besides surface wash?

Dear Customer, The bears do like to stay tidy so you can surface clean them but please don't submerge them in water and be gentle. When you surface clean, use minimal cool water and no harsh cleaners. Fluff their fur as it air dries to keep it plushy and soft. You can even use a very soft bristle brush or a child's toothbrush to gently fluff out their fur after it dries. However if for any reason a simply surface clean will not due the trick, you can have the sewing undone along its back to remove the stuffing to clean only the fur of the bear. You can use a mesh bag to wash the fur in a washing machine. Please do not place the teddy bear inside a drying machine. You can air dry or use a dryer then fluff the bear's fur and place the stuffing back once completely dry. You will need to sew the bear back up once the process is completed.
