This is a very nice, large bamboo peel. I’m hoping the bamboo avoids some of the cracking and warping of softer wood peels. The very short handle make the relatively heavy peel a little difficult to control but the upside of the short handle us that it fits nicely in my tall kitchen cutting board cabinet

The Fiery Chef Bamboo Pizza Peel is so sturdy and constructed quite well!I love the built-in; etched in slice grooves that makes it super convenient to slice the perfect pizza pie.It is nicely oversized versus the 12 inch pies that I make in my newly acquired Ooni Fyra 12 Wood Pellet pizza oven.I only received it for a Christmas gift, and attempted my first real pizza party that was almost a disaster because it rained most of the time on New Year's Eve. Once weather permits, I can't wait to get back out there and fire up my pizza oven and put The Fiery Chef Bamboo Pizza Peel to another test.

Makes it very easy to cut same sized slices. Unsure longevity. Soaks water when washed . Doesn't seem to have much of a surface coating on it, maybe should coat it with shellac (which is safe for food)?Manufacturer should consider having 16 cuts to make some slices half sized.

I love this thing. Made a lot of pizza so far and it’s holding up. Just make sure you dry it well after cleaning it. The grooves are handy.

The peel is bamboo, so it's nice and light. It's easy to slide the pizza on to and off of the stone using this. I also use it to move flatbread. Well worth the price.

This cutting board is for more than just pizza. Flip it over and use the other side to cut veggies, fruit, cheese. I love it for five main reasons: 1. it has a handle - I store my cutting boards in a tall thin kitchen cupboard and I can pull it in and out easily and quickly because of the handle. Handle also makes it easy to wash: hold under running tap water and clean with sponge 2. it's lightweight - like reason #1 above, being lightweight makes it easy to clean and move about (in and out of storage). 3. the bamboo is smooth - I purchased other bamboo cutting boards from another seller, and the bamboo was splintery. I was afraid that wood splinters would get in my food. Not so with this cutting board that is smooth. 4. size: it's a nice big size without being too big and 5. price - great price! Because of all of the above, I have no need for another cutting board, reducing kitchen clutter! Love it!

We make our own pizza and find it hard to move the pizza on to i the bbq this makes it so much easier

If you are making a 16 inch Pizza, this baby is what you need. Well built, nice finish on it, should last for years. The Pizza Grid on the one side makes cutting the pie so easy, the other side for building your pizza and sliding it onto a Pizza Stone. Overall, this is a great addition to any kitchen, highly recommend this seller and their product.
