The product's quality is good. I was looking for a cooker that can steam three plates at a time but this can handle only two at a time. The seller responded quickly and refunded full amount without any problem.

The product came intact and presents itself as on the Amazon photo. The lid overhangs on the pot so not sure if it will completely seal the steam. Will test it out. The product in entirety doesn’t feel like stainless steel. The base perhaps. The components are very light weight which I wouldn’t have expected if stainless steel. And I have physically bought stainless steel products from stores. The base plate clearly looks soldered on so clearly not stainless steel pot. Would’ve expected a single mold if completely stainless y steel. Okay will test out.

Disappointed from induvally ,very cheap product Plates are very thin , not expected, bowl is induction base but bowl is very thin while boiling it is making sound tik tik very thin layer all Plates except lid only lid is weight what is the use

The base pot's induction compliant bottom only is heavy. Other items such as the lid, idly plates, dokla plates and the steamer plate are light in weight when compared to other products of the same brand and those of similar brands. The idly pits having micro holes for better steaming, as in traditional idly plates is a welcome one. But the idly pits are almost 20% smaller to standard idly pits. The handles given in all the plates are designed only for the purposed of plate spacing and not for handling. That is because three handles are provided at 120 degrees each which does not offer symmetry to handle and balance. Two handles at 180 degrees should have been given. If more numbers are felt required , four numbers should have been at 90 degrees each. Over all it is not the best in class product which was expected from he brand.
