I have been taking this for over a year now and my blood work has shown positive changes, my nails are better (not brittle) and when I take the vitamin supplement, I FEEL BETTER. I did definitely notice a difference in alertness and energy levels, the only downside is that I tend to get sleepy on them after a few hours. Taking them in the late afternoon has helped. I do recommend.

Llevo ya tiempo comprando estas vitaminas para mujer. Estaba buscando otras opciones pues ya al entrar a los 50 años la energía no es la misma y dejándome llevar por las reseñas decidí probarlas y fue una buena decisión. I have taken several different Women’s vitamins over the years. The last was Alive Women’s 50+. They were ok BUT did not seem t give me the energy boost I was looking for, and the extra oomph for my hair/skin/nails.. I found these on Amazon, did my homework on the ingredients, was impressed, and decided to try them. WOW! In addition to my hair/nails/skin looking so much healthier, I feel like I have so much more energy. I swear my hair has grown another inch or more since I started taking them. The capsules are easy to take, with no stomach upset. I have a subscription through Amazon and they come on time so I never have to worry about running out. I don’t see me ever ordering any other daily vitamin….I’m a lifer!
