Not Worth the money
I bought this saw to test it out, but it turned out to be a disappointment. Right out of the box, it was noticeably heavier than other comparable options. The battery is also bulky since the charger is built into the batteryWhen I first tried using the saw, I heard a strange noise coming from the gearbox. After opening the cover, I discovered a bent washer pressed into the bearing. I repaired it myself just to continue testing the tool. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. Within the first 100 cuts, the trigger broke. I was able to glue it back together just to keep it running. The battery capacity is not much more than 60 cuts per charge, and the included blade wore out after just 200 cuts—it couldn’t cut anything beyond that. The blade guard was also warped to the point that sparks sprayed out in all directions instead of the exit. Adding to that problem the nuts that are welded to the cover started to break off causing the cover to pull away even more. Overall, this saw isn’t worth using, even for light-duty work. Poor design, weak durability, and subpar performance make it a hard pass.
