Does the job.
All you need is some cable cutters and you can do the job nice and easy.

Check before fitting
There was damage to the steel spiral between the inner and outer sheaths. As a result the cable couldn't pass through. In my application for an old Apollo this wasn't too much of a problem since I didn't need all of the outer and could get rid of the damaged section.

Reasonably easy to install
Purchased together with a 3 speed Sturmey archer gear selector some slight adjustment to ensure all gears worked but after carrying out adjustment a big improvement to the bike
