No Patches!!!!!!
I have made multiple calls to their customer service department. The 2 Velcro service dog patches DID NOT come with the vest.They still have not acknowledged my request. The vest is bulky for my 20 pound service dog but very official looking.Would be nice to have the patches.

too big no cards
returning to big, read reviews that said to go size up if at upper end of measurement. Also was supposed to get 50 ADA cards and did not. That is why 3 stars instead of 4. Made well, easy to adjust, just to big. But no cards.

No customer service
Missing cards. Called and left message, no response. No instructions on best way to use it. Nothing on website. My dog is a 11 lb stocky mix, bought small size but still is a little large. If I do not hear from them today I will ask to return it.

Small to large
I had to have the small adjusted by a shoe repair shop, it was to big around in chest area for Jack Russell terrior.

Heavy duty
Good harness and good for training. A small issue is that the breast piece is much bigger than the girth and is hard to adjust. I will make some minor adjustments here but overall a very nice harness. Thank you

Must be a better one
It came with no instructions and it took awhile to figure out how to put it together. Snapping it off is so hard that I’ve had to ask the help of people passing by. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
