Organic Dog Shampoo, Cooling Peppermint Tea Tree Dog Shampoo for Skin Conditions, Hot Spot Shampoo 16 oz

This is the second variety of 4 Legger I’ve ordered. My one pup is battling yeasty skin, and we are doing all the things…fresh food, fermentable veg, probiotics, mushroom supplements, keifer, etc. I feel like he’s probably going through yeast dye off and needed something else to calm his skin so we don’t have to start from scratch again on leaky gut with a course of ATB. This cooling shampoo smells amazing and did a fabulous job of removing the dry flaky skin and almost immediately calmed the redness. Looking forward to continuing to use and seeing results. Side note- the nature of this shampoo is that it doesn’t have toxic thickening agents, so a little goes a long way…for best results, get a former pump bottle for thick luxurious lather.

It was between a 4 and a 5 star rating on this product. It's my first time trying it and when I went to use it I guess I kind of forgot that it was a concentrated liquid. So, pay attention to the directions. Rinse your dog with water first and pour some of the product into your hands and start working/lathering it up. If it doesn't lather right away, don't fret, just add more water to your hands or your dogs coat, and repeat the process. I like the product overall, and it smells fantastic! It just takes a little getting used to because it is not a product that feels like shampoo normally does, it is more "watery" in makeup. So give it a try and see if you like it. I will likely buy it again once I run out.

I used this shampoo for the first time yesterday on all three of our Yorkies.The product is a little watery. However, the smell of it is absolutely wonderful. It seems to moisturize their skin well. I have one with allergies he hasn’t been itching like other shampoos that I’ve tried on him. I liked the way it felt after they were dried and groomed they feel soft and smell good.As far as Performance goes time will tell, I bathe and groom them every 4 to 5 weeks, depending on how dirty they get.

The seller has gone above and beyond in usage description and requesting feedback as to quality of shampoo. I am very impressed.The shampoo made my dog’s fur very soft and clean. Only drawback, at this point, is I did not see any decrease in dandruff which I hoped would be reduced. However, I have only used the product once so far. I am quite willing to continue to use the 4 Legger Shampoo in the future.

My Aussie has gorgeous soft fur, but after I washed him with this he was left with sticky, matted fur. After the wash, I was able to add Ice on Ice to condition it and make it so I could brush his fur out.

It lathered well. A little goes a long way. My pup smells great after.

I have one pitbull that has very sensitive skin. I just recently ran out of my prior product for hot spot for dogs. The 4Legger Organic shampoo has a terrific smell. It has calmed my dog's itching or sensitivity. It produced a great lather with a small amount of product. I gave it a 4 star review because I was wishing the fragrance would have lasted longer.

I've used 4 Legger for years, several of their different types for itching & dryness throughout this time. I really like them all & will not use anything else on my dogs. This particular one worked extra well with itching/skin issues on my older dog.
