I recently fell and ended up with stitches on my knee. I ordered this to keep my stitches dry while I showered. While it was a little long for me (I am 5' 3"), it really wasn't a problem. I just pulled it up to so that my foot was in the bottom of cover and pulled the cover up to my thigh and it stayed in place. This has a grip that wraps snugly around your thigh and does not let water in! I am able to shower comfortably and when I get out of the shower, my wound is DRY! Definitely a must have if you have had surgery or a casted leg or stitches you can't get wet. It is made of very durable plastic and you can definitely get many uses out of this. Great product!

I ordered this product because it was supposed to be the most durable one. Surgical rubber and all that. I purposely ordered the full leg version because I didn't know how long the cast was to be on my leg from surgery. So if the cast is below your knee, just bleed the excess air out and fold the extra up against your leg and secure with a large rubber band so you don't trip over the excess material. The seal goes over a pretty large cast pretty easily. The seal holds tight, not tight enough to cut off blood flow, but tight enough to keep the water out. That's what its supposed to do. The rest of the material is soft and durable. I wouldn't go walking around on it over concrete as that would obviously begin to compromise this stuff. Standing is the shower is just fine.After 3 weeks of use, this thing was still like new. I dried it and cleaned it off and it'll go in my medical supplies cabinet for any future needs.I looked several versions of this device. Some much less expensive and some more expensive. In the end, you get what you pay for just remember that. This is a quality device. The seller shipped it quickly.

Purchased this for my daughter after her knee surgery. This cover works wonderfully. It fits well and keeps her dressing, wrap and brace bone dry. Easy to clean and fold up back into the box it came in. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Having a 9-inch ring really allowed this cast/bandage protector to pass easily over my walking boot. It was laughably too large/tall for a small person, such as myself, but I found that by pulling the ring all the way to the top of my thigh (before pulling it down slightly) I could still achieve a good, tight, seal against the meatiest area of my 'stick leg'. I was delighted to make it through two weeks of being non-weight bearing, with the proviso of never being without the walking boot. Great product. I'm so glad I found it!!

Life saver. Went over my leg brace after surgery so I could take a shower. No water leaks whatsoever. So thankful!

I bought this to use in the shower with my leg brace after knee surgery. It's easy to pull over the brace, and take off when done. The elastic opening keeps water out, I've had no issues with water penetrating inside. I'm pleased with this purchase.

I have a cast up to my knee and had not been able to shower. This protector is sturdy and there was plenty of room to slip it over my cast. After the shower, the cast was dry. The seal was more than halfway up my thigh and was not uncomfortable. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 260 lbs.

If you need to keep your leg (or knee or whatever) dry, this does the job.
