I bought a similar more expensive one from another company and it broke. It was flexible, up and down on the roller, so your forward motion was more natural than this inflexible one. Unfortunately the connectors cracked and the arms just fell off.This one claimed to be all metal and more solid, but unfortunately, although the arm bars are metal like the other one, the connectors that hold the handles to the roller are small flimsy plastic pieces and won’t be able to withstand the pressure or a 200+ pound person like me (says up to 350 but no way). I’ll use it until the duct tape is required to hold it together.**********************Update. Great customer service. They replaced this and I couldn’t be happier. I use it everyday.

Really like how smooth this works. I haven't set up with a phone, etc, but it really supports my wrists/elbows and makes the focus abs.

Really like the arm rests and retraction.

I received this product incomplete missing screws and I couldn’t get it together. Amazon denied my return because they said I was too late to return. It be aware when purchasing this item it’s I believe from China.

Got this to help with the core exercises so I can keep in shape. So far I'm using it for approx 20 mins per day and seeing results. The spring back resistance with this device is enough so that you get a bit of assistance with the exercise... taking some pressure of your release. I think if you are using it daily like me you will see results as well. Ample space for the arms so that you are in a resting position to begin the exercise. I'd recommend to others to give a try it seems like a great device to me.

This thing arrived with the led display loose inside and does not work. Further, the pamphlet has instructions on how to USE it, but NONE on how to assemble it and it appears that some parts are missing.Don't waste your time. This is cheaply made and they don't care about the product you receive.I am returning mine for a refund!
