Adhesive quality and heat coverage area.
Need to increase the adhesive area and strength just enough so that it doesn't fall off from the heat material weight. Also immediately after applying if you need to readjust, the adhesive is completely non sticky. The heat becomes too much after sometime, so you are forced to remove it but can't restick it. Reduce heat and increase heat coverage area as it is for back.

Decline in quality a great deal
I had used this product a few times before and found it very effective. The recent ones looks like a cheap mimic of the older high quality product7

Gum used
The gum used for sticking patch to the skin is very inferior quality and it is very sticky. It is very painful to remove patch from skin and damages the skin. It also causes allergy.The product quality varies from batch to batch.A good product destroyed by greed and poor quality process.
