Good book little confusion Whether they added cd like last edition because package came in tear condition

Outdated theory with generic names missing when quoting trade names
No changes in new edition with hiked prices. Outdated text. For eg. states to induce vomiting in a conscious patient with OP poisoning, which is not recommended nowdays
