Wonderful stove
Excellent stove, very well made and designed. Good burner selection, broiler strong, the triple ring burner is great. And it's very nice looking.Update - after a couple of weeks all still true. Plus Cosmo has excellent customer service, we have had a number of questions and they've been very good about answering. FYI, not sure why some reviewers seem to have issues with installation, I did it myself and it was very easy. It you have natural gas, all you have to do is connect to the gas line, and plug in the electric. About the only thing that could go wrong would be if you put the regulator on backwards, which should be obvious once you realized there was no gas flow. If you have LP, you have to adjust the regulator and replace the valves, but that took me all of ten minutes.Further update, ignore the above. 3 weeks in the oven burner failed. In multiple ways, it wouldn't light, and if I lit it with a match it wouldn't stay on. Cosmo put me in touch with someone to fix it under warranty, and he told me to get rid of it, Cosmo never work for long. Which made sense, in addition to the oven problem, the burners are taught to ignite and keep lit. So I returned it, and bought a Thor, which so far I truly love. An actual well made stove.

Cosmos: Doesn't get much better for the money
Having cooked professionally for the better part of two decades, I've grown a quiet appreciation for ranges that work as they were intended. And for years, I wanted that simple, basic stove that performs like the ones at most restaurants. Well, this is that range. No, you don't get all the bells and whistles: The "air fryer" or the "self-cleaning oven" or "web connectivity" or whatever the latest craze may be. What you do get is five strong burners and a professional convection oven. The beauty in this range is its simplicity.Let's start with the fact that I ordered this two days ago and it is installed and ready to pump out food as we speak. The fact that Amazon got this to me when other large retailers were telling me to wait almost a month just for delivery is glorious in and of itself. The courteous delivery folks arrived exactly on-time --to the minute actually and much to my surprise. And then they helped me strong arm this beauty into my kitchen. I really don't know what's with the reviews showing damaged ovens: This thing was packaged in a manner that it could have been hit by a cruise missile and still wouldn't have a scratch.Installation? If you're paying someone to install this, you're not very good with money. My seven-year-old could have probably put this thing together. The only thing it didn't come with is plumber's tape or compound to ensure the gas connection has no leaks. So put a roll of that in your checkout before you pay.Now onto the good part: Performance. After surviving with a basic 30-inch stove that really only had one hot burner, switching to this range is the equivalent of going from a Yugo to a Ferrari. I feel like the center burner could heat my whole house if need be necessary. The continuous cooktop is equally awesome, meaning you can slide heavy pots from one burner to the other. My one very minor --and I super stress 'minor' --complaint would be the size of the oven. It 'seems' small. But really, what do most people cook? No, you're not gonna be able to roast a water buffalo for your college reunion luau. But if you need to roast a 30-pound turkey? No worries! True convection means the oven heats up quickly and stays hot.Obviously, I can't speak to longevity. But having installed this stove, I really see very little that can go wrong with it. And if something does go wrong? It doesn't appear as though it'd be difficult to repair. At this point, my largest question is why so many folks rate this stove low. Even four stars seems way too low for a 36-inch professional-quality range at this price point. Simply put: If you're thinking about buying this, stop dithering, click buy-it-right-now and be done with it. My painfully long deliberation over this purchase was almost wholly needless. Kudos to Amazon and Cosmos for saving me a lot of time and hassle with other large retailers.

Great looking stove. Good value, but one flaw...
Our previous stove was also a Cosmo. We were reasonably pleased with it and so we are return customers, as the stove dimensions fit our kitchen space perfectly. Upon delivery, there were some noticeable dents on the sides of the oven. The item was packed well, so I suspect this was an issue in shipping. The dents are concealed by the counters, so not a huge worry.Overall, the oven looks great in our space and at half the cost of competitors. It seems to heat reasonably quickly. The burners work very well. The convection option on an all gas range is a nice touch. However, there is one notable flaw. There is no temperature indicator--either analog or digital to tell you a) what temperature the oven is currently at or b) when it has reached your target temperature. Therefore, we've had to purchase an analog oven thermometer to keep in the oven. Other than this minor flaw, we are overall happy with the purchase and would recommend it to others.
